GOKAN Magazine, what is it?
GOKAN MAG is a fully independent magazine, launched in 2019 in the Tokyo area. Sharing, traveling and open-mindedness are our daily inspiration. We spread our values through a trimestrial paper magazine and through a collective of photographers who contribute daily on our magazine.
GOKAN MAG aims to give you an appetite and curiosity for adventure, whether it’s your first stay Japan or not, exploring the secrets of its various unknown Prefectures.
What are the delivery terms and conditions?
You can download the PDF magazine without any waiting time.
As for the paper version, printing will start once the objectives have been met. Receipt month can be found in the explanatory text.
In the case where the magazine is already published and there is stock left, it will take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the postal service’s efficiency.
What should I do if I did not receive my order?
Quite unusual (everything is sent via registered mail), although it can happen if there was a delivery problem! Please contact us directly so we can find a solution to the issue.
Which countries can Gokan Mag be sent to?
Currently, we are limited to European countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Great Britain…) and some Pacific countries (Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, New Caledonia, New Zealand…). Contact us if you are not listed.
What should I do if my address or contact information has changed?
If you created an account on the website, simply log in to the “My Account” page and update your information. Otherwise, when you re-order, make sure you fill in the correct updated information.
If anything has changed from the time you ordered to the shipping date, please contact us shortly.
What are the payment methods available?
Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal or simply with a PayPal account (recommended).
